- Custom enterprise implementation, data migration, or integration work unless separately agreed.
Country and compliance notes
- Dr.AlignNavi is offered as a general software tool. Availability and payment methods may differ by country.
- If a user uploads personal or sensitive data, that user or organization is responsible for the required authority, consent, legal basis, and privacy notice.
- Depending on the data and location, a data processing agreement, transfer terms, or country-specific privacy addendum may be required.
- We may restrict onboarding, payment acceptance, or regulated-data processing where legal, privacy, tax, security, or payment requirements are not yet supported.
Billing information
- Monthly and annual plans are recurring subscription products. The single-case plan is a non-recurring one-time purchase.
- Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes, local payment methods, renewal terms, and final billing details are shown at checkout before payment.
- Subscription access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless restricted under the Terms of Service.
- Subscription cancellation affects future renewals. Cancellation should be completed before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.
- Innodtech is the seller of record. PayPal processes payments, while Innodtech remains responsible for applicable tax calculation, collection, reporting, refunds, and customer support.
- Refunds are reviewed under the Refund Policy.
