Dr.AlignNavi
Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-05-29
1. Company and scope
These Terms of Service govern paid access, billing, and subscription management for Dr.AlignNavi, an AI orthodontic simulation software service provided by 이노디테크 주식회사 (Innodtech). By creating an account, using the service, or completing a payment, you agree to these terms.
2. Intended users and professional responsibility
- Dr.AlignNavi is intended for dental and orthodontic practices, licensed professionals, and authorized clinic staff.
- The service provides software-based simulation and workflow support. It does not provide independent diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment decisions.
- AI-assisted outputs are intended to support human review and are not solely automated decisions or guaranteed clinical outcomes.
- Clinical decisions, patient communication, treatment planning, and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the clinic and its qualified professionals.
- Regulatory status and permitted use may differ by country. You are responsible for confirming that your intended use of the service is lawful in the jurisdiction where you practice.
- Patients should use any information generated through the service only under the supervision of their dental or orthodontic provider.
3. Accounts, authorization, and patient data
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account.
- You must ensure that any patient data, dental records, images, scans, or case information uploaded to the service is collected and shared with appropriate authority, consent, or legal basis.
- If patient data relates to a minor or a person who cannot legally consent, you must ensure that appropriate guardian consent or other lawful authorization has been obtained.
- You must not upload unlawful, unauthorized, infringing, malicious, or irrelevant data.
- We may suspend or restrict access when we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk, unauthorized use, or violation of these terms.
4. Country availability and additional agreements
- Some countries or customers may require additional legal, privacy, security, healthcare, or regulatory review before patient data is uploaded or the service is used in clinical workflows.
- Where required by applicable law or by a customer agreement, use of the service may be subject to a Data Processing Agreement, Business Associate Agreement, standard contractual clauses, patient notices, consent records, or other written terms.
- We may decline, delay, suspend, or limit access in a country, region, account, or case type where required review, payment support, tax handling, privacy safeguards, or regulatory requirements are not complete.
- If a separate written agreement, DPA, BAA, or country-specific addendum applies, that document controls over these general terms where it expressly conflicts.
5. Plans, billing, renewal, and cancellation
- Available plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout before payment.
- Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until canceled. The single-case plan is non-recurring.
- Final price, currency, taxes, payment method, and billing details are displayed by Paddle at checkout.
- Cancellation stops future renewal charges when completed before the next billing date. Paid access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless restricted under these terms.
6. Acceptable use
- You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized third-party access to the service.
- You may not use the service to develop competing products, interfere with service operations, bypass security controls, or violate applicable laws.
- You may not represent simulation outputs as guaranteed clinical outcomes.
7. Intellectual property and customer content
- We retain rights to the service, software, user interface, workflows, documentation, and related intellectual property.
- You retain rights to patient data and case materials you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
- Aggregated or de-identified operational data may be used to maintain service quality, security, analytics, and product improvement where permitted by law.
8. Privacy, refunds, and service changes
- Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
- Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer protection laws, where applicable, take precedence.
- We may update service features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this site or notified through reasonable channels.
9. Warranty, liability, and governing law
- We take reasonable measures to provide a secure and reliable service, but software and network services may be affected by maintenance, third-party systems, or events outside our control.
- To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages may be limited unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
